We will deliver your item(s) to our carriers 'Concorde Transport Of Norwich' within the next few days Once they have received the item(s) Concorde Transport will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Their standard delivery time is 7-10 working days from the date they receive the item(s) To keep carriage costs low the price quoted is usually for a one man delivery, if the item is large they may request assistance at point of delivery. Two man deliveries are also available, Concorde Transport will liaise with you about this on initial contact when arranging a delivery date. If you would prefer a two man delivery please request this when you are contacted by Concorde Transport and they will make suitable arrangements for this. Returns If when the item arrives you feel that it is not as described then you may hand the item back to the carriers and they will return the item to us. You will then be refunded the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. This option can only be done at the moment of delivery. If you decide after the delivery day that you would like to return the item, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred getting the item back to us. Once received we will refund the cost of the item back to you minus any shipping costs. This is available for up to 7 days after the date of delivery.
